• A parent or a legal guardian must fill up the form and consent to send these data to this Website over the Internet.
• Registration of students is required to be eligible for the scholarship.
• Even if the merit score is higher, an unregistered student will not be considered for the scholarship.
• While registering, A valid Bangladeshi mobile number is required and must be registered to one of the parents or legal guardians of the student.
• You can not register on behalf of someone else.
• You can not use the same mobile number to register more than two (02) students.
• Information provided in the Registration form MUST be valid and match the student's birth certificate.
• You agree to receive SMS to the provided mobile number for verification and information about the scholarship.
• Any misuse of information might lead to the termination of your account.
• If any participant chooses to upload their picture, agrees that this Website can use that picture in this Website.

• Only registered students can submit an essay and be eligible for an English scholarship.
• Any participant who submits an essay agrees that this Website can share uploaded essay to judges and even publish it on this Website for transparency.
• A maximum of two (02) files in the allowed format (.jpeg, .jpg, .png, and .pdf) are allowed for submitting the essay.
• Participants must follow the Essay Submission Guidelines while submitting essays.

• The same student can not win both scholarships if a situation arises where a student has won both the scholarships then, the student will receive the English scholarship and another student next on the merit list will receive the merit scholarship.
• For merit scholarships, the school's final terms result shall determine the scholarship award winners.
• For English scholarship, the Azmal Hoque scholarship team will decide on the winner based on submitted essays.
• If a student becomes one of the first ten on the merit list in the final exam and did not register for the scholarship, will not receive any scholarship grant.
• If a situation arises, where a student becomes one of the first ten after a review of the exam papers and we have already distributed the scholarship grant to previously announced merit list students, We shall resolve this issue by contacting new merit list student via the registered mobile number on this Website.

If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us via email.

These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.
